I want to take a minute to write about the results of the last poll. To everyone that responded, thanks a pant-load! Again the poll has shown absolutely nothing of use whatsoever. For the next one, we'll have to come up with more diverse answers.
As far as Cathy and I, we are taking things in stride so far. I will admit to having the random panic attack from time to time since hearing the heartbeat and realizing that there is, in fact, a baby on the way. I even began getting prepared by buying my first pack of diapers. A pack of 48...should last a couple weeks, I figure. 10 or 12 more and I'll be covered completely.
We even started on the nursery. And by that, I mean that we have started to pile the hand-me-down stuff on the bed that doesn't belong in there (thanks again Kim, Cindy, and Carey). We will eventually move everything out and start painting...probably around mid-April.

A couple of weeks for 48 diapers. . .SURE! Let's go with that! =)
I can't believe that more people didn't think the right answer was "Where can I get a doppler-thingy?" Have these people met you? You want one so you can take it apart, add a feature to find missing wires behind sheetrock and then add a lovely duct tape design upgrade to the outer casing.
